Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Trading Sniper Panel (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a software platform that provides access to trading workflow tools and resources, including web dashboards/panels, automation utilities, trading tools, downloadable software or scripts (including Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) where offered), indicators, templates, strategy materials, courses, documentation, recurring subscription features, and one-time digital products where offered.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, content, and availability.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, One-Time Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features require paid access through recurring subscriptions and/or one-time digital purchases. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal when available.

One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us promptly.

5. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

• • Do not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content unless expressly permitted.
• • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas from the Service.
• • Do not share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities.
• • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

The Service and any related tools, automation features, educational content, and downloadable software (including trading tools, indicators, scripts, and Expert Advisors (EAs) for MT5 where offered) are provided for informational and automation purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Trading involves risk and may result in significant losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configurations, and risk management.

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services (for example, Stripe and trading platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party interruptions, errors, or losses caused by third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service.
